Policies
- Because this piece is made especially for you, it cannot be returned. All custom orders are final.
- We will give you an estimated wait time. Please keep in mind that these are just estimates and your order may come in sooner or take longer, but we will keep you updated. Current wait time is approximately 12 weeks from order date.
- Because each piece is handmade, there can be slight variations in color.
- Once the Order has been paid for, no changes can be made
- Customs must be paid in full before the order is processed.
- Orders are placed on the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month. Only fully paid customs will be ordered at that time
- You must have a consultation. Consultations are $25 for 30 Minutes. This can be applied to your purchase as long as the order is paid for within 14 days.
- We have the right to refuse a custom order due to indecisiveness, color availability, experience with toppers/wigs, etc.
What is currently offered?

As of right now, we will only be offering Brazilian hair. See below for a list of standard colors that can be ordered or our stylist can create a color for you.
- Full wigs and Toppers are both available
- Cap sizes: 5x5-10x10 caps for toppers. Full wigs available in XS-L or custom measurements. Wig sizing kit is available.
- Cap Construction: Silk top, Silk top Lace front, Lace top Lace Front, Closed Lace top
- Lengths: 12-24"
- Starting Prices (calculated as an 8x8 cap): 14” $925, 18” $1025, 22” $1100
